Majestic Windows and Door have rollers built into our sliding windows, which are not brass which can leave a residue over a long perod of time on your inside track, nor are they plastic, which can break from the weight of the windows over time. Our rollers are made of teflon with steel shafts. Guaranteed for life toroll effortlessly with a stainlesssteel shaft inside the teflon wheels.

One of Majestic's superior components is the PAL LOCK SYSTEM, which is a "positive" action lock" that does not require any secondary. It is a completely "Automatic" lock system that gives the homeowner a clear visual indicator from several feet away that the window is closed and locked.

With an action as simple as closing the window, you can be assured that it locks on contact each and every time. Every single window is provided with steel reinforcements in both sides of the T-Bar for the full length of that window, not just the portion where the lock is situated.

Rainwater can build up in a window frame, and with nowhere to escape, can cause mildew, discoloration of the vinyl, infiltration of water into the wall structure, and other unpleasantries. Majestic has designed a "weep hole" in the window frames, which is a one-way check valve that will prevent wind, dust and insects from entering, while allowing water to exit to the exterior.
