GLASS THAT CLEARLY REFLECTS QUALITY

DUAL PANES

When you buy a window or sliding glass door from Majestic Windows and Doors, you are purchasing a dual-pane glass system that affords many advantages to you and your home. Whether you choose clear glass, colored glass, or molded glass, the dual panes insulate from the outside elements, hot or cold. For even greater insulation, argon gas can be put between the panes.

BLOCKING THE HOT CALIFORNIA SUN

Majestic offers Low e and Super Low e window products. Unlike some products that install the coating as a glaze, Majestic applies the glazing while the glass is still in its molten stage. There are several different Low E glasses on the market today, and we currently use Solarban 60, Solarban 70 as well as Tiac36.

These products reduce radiant energy entering your house as much as 35%. Damage to your drapes, carpets, and furniture from sunlight is greatly reduced. In sunny California, these glazes can tremendously reduce the number of hours you will need to run the air conditioning.

There are many colored glass options as well and several decorative glass options to choose from when picking your restroom glass or sidelites beside your front entrance.

BETWEEN THE PANES

If you purchase a design with a grid, the grid is sandwiched between the two window panes, away from damaging elements. The windows are completely sealed so that condensation cannot enter between the panes and alter the clarity of your view. In fact, Majestic Windows have a 10-year guarantee against condensation.

Grids or Mutin bars are always an additional option and come in 5/8" Flat bar or 1" Sculptured, many patterns for the grids are available without the cost changing, what determines the price is the 5/8" or the 1" bar that you choose.

Argon Gas is another additional option upon request.
