Majestic Windows & Doors Lifetime Warranty
Majestic Windows & Doors products are guaranteed against defects in materials or workmanship, including parts and labor, to the original purchaser/homeowner subject to the following terms and conditions:
Majestic Windows products installed according to AAMA-approved installation procedures, or as a replacement product in an existing single family residence per accepted industry standards, will be repaired or replaced at no cost to the original purchaser/homeowner if found to be defective in materials or workmanship. Proof of purchase or ownership must be provided to receive this service.
Majestic Windows reserves the right to repair or furnish a replacement component or a substitute if a product or component is discontinued or otherwise not available.
This warranty coverage, as outline above, will be assignable to subsequent owner(s) for a period not to exceed 3 years from original delivery date of finished products.
Window and door products must be cleaned periodically with mild soap and water, and weep holes should be kept clear of stucco or other debris.
Exclusions: Glass breakage or other damage to the product cause by impact of foreign objects, acts of God, fire, explosion or other casualty, structural settlement, vibration, excessive heat or moisture, incorrect use, abuse, neglect, vandalism, of supplied components such as films, tints or applied paint finishes, natural weathering of exterior finishes or effects related to corrosive environments.
